IQC is the quality control department of incoming materials in the factory. To purchase materials that meet the company's quality requirements, the purchasing department must first select qualified suppliers who have quality assurance capabilities. Then, acknowledge their products, approve their production process, and submit the purchased materials to IQC for inspection and control. IQC performs spot checks on purchased raw materials in accordance with national quality standards and the company's internal quality control system. Only when the quality fully meets the requirements of the production department, can sign the acceptance form and be responsible for the quality of the batch of raw materials. And inspection data are fully traceable.

 2.IPQC (Inspection Process quality control) 

The process control adopts the key process dual post system and three inspection system. The dual post system and the triple inspection system must fully implement the signature and traceability system. The dual-post system means that the operator should also have inspectors present during the processing of key procedures, and if necessary, a technical person in charge or the user's acceptance representative should be present. The monitoring process must be performed in accordance with prescribed procedures and requirements. After the process is completed, the operator, inspector or technical person in charge and the user acceptance representative should immediately sign the process document and, as far as possible, keep a record of the situation to indicate responsibility and future inquiry. The three-inspection system is an inspection system that combines the self-inspection of operators, the mutual inspection between workers, and the specialized inspection of laboratory full-time inspectors to ensure that each process, semi-finished product, and finished product comply with corporate standards and national standards. 

 3.OQC / FQC (Outgoing / Final quality control) 

OQC / FQC is done by company's quality control person and specific order-related business person together . Before the goods are about to be shipped out and have not yet left the factory, the packed goods are sampled and carried out in our factory laboratory or third-party laboratory to specialize Inspection to ensure that the goods to be shipped and the contract requirements are strictly consistent.
