On August 22, 2016, the second section of the Hong Kong-Macao-Zhuhai-Zhuhai Bridge III construction area started the construction of the E31 immersed pipe prestressed steel stranded wire in the curve section to prepare for the pipe section tensioning and grouting.
After the formwork of the last section of the E31 immersed pipe was removed, the work area quickly organized the operators to carefully complete all preparations, and then began the construction of the E31 immersed pipe stranded wire. During the period, the HSE Department, Equipment Department, and Engineering Technology Department carried out special inspections again on the construction facilities and equipment to eliminate hidden safety hazards; security personnel strengthened field inspections, urged operators to implement protective measures for border operations, and did a good job in preventing heatstroke and cooling. On-site civilized construction requirements, timely clean up the site and equipment, reduce the impact of cross-construction, and ensure the efficient advancement of stranded wire construction.
