On January 2, 2017, the second section of the Hong Kong-Macao-Zhuhai-Zhuhai Bridge III construction area began to carry out the tensioning of the E30 immersed pipe prestressed steel strand in the curved section.
After the E30 immersed pipe was pushed in place for a long distance, the organization personnel in the work area quickly completed the preparation work such as resetting the tensioning frame and installing the tensioning jack. During the construction period, the technical and quality inspection personnel of the work area were stationed on the site, strengthened the overall planning and coordination on the site, and urged the operators to strictly communicate and cooperate in strict accordance with the relevant operating procedures and fine construction requirements to strengthen the tensile force and the elongation at both ends of the steel strand. At the same time, security personnel are stationed on the site to strengthen the inspection of the tensioning area to ensure that the site construction is civilized and orderly, and to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the entire construction process.
